Commission works can be painted of house, property, garden, boat, or other. In most cases the commission must include a visit to the site. My commission works site or sitting with the subject, taking photographs and making quick sketches. Together we decide the subject and size of the work. The complexity and size of the work determine the price of the finished work. Please see approximate price list below.

I paint a detailed sketch in watercolor of the proposed painting. All sketches are $850. (but not required to buy.)When we agree to move forward with the proposed painting, a 50% deposit is due. When the painting is complete, the balance is due.

Additional costs: For location paintings, the client pays airfare, travel and accommodation, due in addition to the deposit at time of agreement. Shipping and insurance if deemed necessary are calculated at time of finish.

All prices may be slightly more or less depending on complexity of work. Sizes are approximate standard. Finished watercolors are also available. Individual painting sizes will be customized.
